Great laid back place for a hair cut. Nice staff who really care about their work. They took a little longer with my haircut, but they were fixing a bad one. Price is a little higher than the usual roadside barber, but in this case you get what you pay for.

Great barber shop if you have nothing else to do with your life. Spoiler alert – they do not accept appointments, walk ins only. Apparently I’m the only one who finds it infuriating as the place stays packed (hence the wait). Good luck if you can come when the crowds are light, whenever that is…Hopefully you have the time to sit around and have no idea when you’ll be seen. That’s a hard pass from me…

Owner cut my hair. Absolutely obliterated my cranium, and took forever to do so. Sat me in a chair covered in hair, and almost positive she didn’t clean her razor. More interested in talking to the full lobby of people waiting and getting drunk instead of doing her job.

I love this place. Best hair cut I have ever gotten. They really take thier time. There is usually a long wait, but come on people if there is one thing I will wait a long time for is a hair cut. The owner really takes her time and to me that means a great cut. She is really amazing with my son. Great place.

Heather and Beth are great when it comes to haircuts and beard trims. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It is only them two working there, but they handle everything sufficiently. Every time I go into New Ga Barbershop I am always welcomed and make feel comfortable. Heather and Beth are great when it comes to haircuts and beard trims. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It is only them two working there, but they handle everything sufficiently. Sometimes there is a little wait but it’s more than worth it. They have magazines and free drinks while you wait. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Beth and Heather!!!

BEWARE!! WORST experience ever. I called to make an appointment and was told they only take walk ins. I mentioned I would arrive w my sons at 3:15. I was running a little late and arrived with 1 son around 3:25. Walked in the door and no one said a word. Noone greeted us. No sign in. Noone told us how long the wait would be. Nothing. We just went and sat in the broken movie theater chair seats with no acknowledgement from the staff. The decor is as redneck as it comes- boasting they carry guns on the walls. (Insert eye roll- so tacky) Well one hair cut was finished and another man walked in- I was shocked they acknowledged him, when they blatantly ignored me and my teen. She had time to flirt w the previous customer though. At this point- it had been about 15 minutes, maybe 20. The owner had a puppy in the shop in a crate that is WAY to small for the dog. The dog was crying because the owner left her in the crate so long- the dog soiled itself!!! SHAMEFUL! The owner then pulled the dog out (think doodle of some sort, maybe 5 months old) and walked it for all of 3 minutes in the parking lot. She made her daughter clean the crate and then shoved the dog back in that tiny crate. It was horrifying and I reported the incident to animal control. Poor dog is being kept in a tiny cage in a salon all day… hello health department! Not to mention the teenage daughter walking around the entire salon eating her Chick-Fil-A sandwich. Talk about health code violations. I highly do NOT recommend. I walked out at 4:10- after waiting all that time, never being acknowledged and seeing how she treats her dog- no possible way would I ever give this owner any money. This is not a REAL business. This is a couple friends who think they can cut hair and rented a space- there is no customer service here at all. No ability to make an appointment and then they make you wait in their broken chairs in the lobby for 45 minutes without acknowledging you. And she treats her poor puppy HORRIBLY. I suspect this won’t stay open very long, as she lost 5 good customers today over this.
