I’ve been coming here for the past 3-4 months and am very happy with the quality of my haircuts. I always make an appointment with Alison and I’ve never had to wait for the cut. She is very easy to communicate with and listens to what you ask her for, unlike some barbers i’ve been to in the past that can cut more than what you ask for. Every time I come it has been a great experience and I can’t recommend them enough.

33 year old white male. Scheduled an appointment online. Arrived to my appointment on time for a haircut with Enrique. When I arrived he had a client in his chair, which was cool I know sometimes people can run over their appointed time. Over 40 minutes later same client is still sitting in his chair. During the duration of me waiting Enrique stood and played on his phone while the client sat in his chair on his phone. Another barber spoke up and reminded him of my appointment, his response was “I didn’t get a lunch today”. This guy is very unprofessional and strongly lacks good customer service. I WILL NEVER go back to him or the establishment. I was mistreated and I honestly feel like I was discriminated against. Would no recommend Enrique as a barber or an employee for that matter.

This is my favorite spot to get a haircut with my barber Enrique Ortíz.The rest of the barber team get down as well and trust each single one of them with my hair. The shops atmosphere is such a vibe, always a good time talking and vibing with the barbers while waiting/getting a haircut. Booked an appointment, got confirmation of the appointment only to arrive and be told they don’t take same day appointments. If that’s the case add a buffer of 1 day don’t waste people’s time by having the option open. Point of the app is to convenience the barber and the customer, but only going by the app when you want is not only an inconvenience, it’s unprofessional. Can’t say I see myself returning.
