First time here. I had read the reviews before and was hesitant on coming here, but I needed my nails done for my cousins wedding tomorrow. So I decided I would try this place anyway. I was greeted the moment I walked in. I didn’t plan my time well and asked if I could go ahead and pay and come back to finish because I had to have my son at the dentist by noon. They had no problem with it. As soon as I was done at the dentist office, I came back and they finished my nails. Overall good experience.

Loved our nail experience today @New Ga (I had Nguyen (sorry if spelled wrong) & my daughter had a male tech, sadly didn’t get his name) they asked & listened to our wants. We both wanted a thinner SNS & specific shape, both our sets were executed beautifully ❤️ Great service & pricing for SNS.

I feel like they did just fine. Got a whole set in like 45 minutes so not bad at all. My nails turned out super cute. $70 for a full set with gel. Kinda pricey but everywhere is now days. Gel manicures, Acrylic nails

I’m so disappointed. The first guy files my nail so much it went into my nail bed so they moved me to another guy. He did the same thing but on a different finger. He hurt me 9 times! They have went up on their prices alot as well an acrylic set used to be 25 now it cost me 55 for them to mess up my daughters nails. She asked for short black nails with a heart on each nail. He ended up making them long and rounded and just black. No happy with this place. I pointed out my messed up nail and he just kept buffing it.

Went here to take my mom as a Mother’s Day gift even called ahead of time to make sure they weren’t to busy and could fit us in.i spent about$134 for my nails and feet and my moms feet. The guy cut threw my finger it started bleeding he apologized and then put super glue on my finger to stop the bleeding and the nails don’t even look that good bc he was obviously rushing and the staff convinced me to get the sns because it’s faster before I could even tell them what I wanted .when my nails were done for some reason he put lotion on my hands and started to pull skin off my finger tips like not even the cubicle part I didn’t understand .i won’t ever be returning here worst experience ever my hands hurt and there way to over priced .($104 for nails,2 basic pedicures).

The absolute WORST nail salon experience of my life! And I’ve been here before. CLEARLY management AND STAFF have CHANGED! Current staff/techs talk way more than patrons and do so loudly and across the salon. Its SUPPOSED to be a place of retreat and escape for clients, but the level of chatter, noise unprofessionalism will not allow that❗ And I haven’t even gotten to the FACT that most staff can’t execute simple nail polishing tasks. WTAF?!?! And how many techs does it take to attempt to get it right??? 3! And 3.5hours. Who has this kind of time? Me (this time) – only because it was about to snow. How about you all just SHUT UP and LEARN to do nails❓️⁉️

UPDATE / EDIT !!!!!! READ FOR 1ST EXPERIENCE. 2ND EXPERIENCE EARNED THEM 4 STARS. 1ST VISIT REVIEW 1.5 STARS -Ummmm……. what do I say? The guy that did my pedicure was super sweet and did a great job. The lady that did my full set of gel nails was very sweet as well. BUT I had never had gel before. ( I prefer acrylic) so I had no idea what to expect…..they are horrible. I hope they fall off soon so I can go somewhere else for acrylic nails. Some of my nails are actually shorter than my finger tips. They r lumpy. And uneven. As nice as she was. My nails are crazy weird.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 2nd visit DEFINITELY STEPPED UP THE GAME! SAME SWEET LADY DID MY NAILS. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM. DIFFERENT GUY DID PEDI. HE WAS QUITE AND PROFICIENT. THE PRICES ARE STILL A BIT STEEP FOR ME. 80$ FOR NAILS AND TOES ( I DIDN’T KNOW U HAD TO REMOVE THE GEL /SMS NAILS EVERY TIME AND COULDN’T GET FILL INS. PLUS TIP. BUT THIS VIST WILL MAKE ME RETURN. SERIOUSLY THE LADY THAT DID MY NAILS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE SURE I LOVED MY NAILS. MAYBE THEY WERE RUSHED LAST TIME. I DONT KNOW. ONLY TIME WILL TELL!!! BUT FOR NOW, GO IN THE AM WHEN THEY OPEN. I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE THIS TIME!!!!

***BEWARE*** There are too many salons out there to give such cruddy service. Super nice until there was problem. Got lashes done, and they fell off in less then a week…did HORRIBLE job – my eyeballs were red and hurting from the new lashes scraping/rubbing badly – my eyeballs were hurting for days bc of that. Suggested I get eye drops to help with redness – went back 3 times. Nice people until I asked for my $$ back. I didn’t want lashes anymore-it was such a hassle. They refused to give my money back. I will never go back for nails, pedicures, anything!! ***BEWARE***
