I used their services at least twice a week and this month three times due to special occasions. I went in on Sunday, December 18th, to get my nails done for my engagement photo shoot. I called in and let them know I was on my way. When I arrived, only one person was receiving the service, so the person working called the lady from the back to come and help me. She came out and asked what I wanted when another woman (caucasian) came in. The woman assisting me, “Mie,” I think is her name, said, I am late, and the other woman who came after is ahead of me. She tried to say that I was late and the other person was on time. Thankfully, the lady said to do my nails first. This is the third time I have seen this business treat people of color differently. This will be the last time they will receive my business.

This place is outstanding . Customer service was great. The women who work here are very welcoming and warming. I went in for a pedicure (I am a man) I wasn’t treated any differently then any other client which I admire a LOT! The work thats was done exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this specific establishment who is looking for honest and professional work done. Thank you New French Nails !

I had Hanna for a gel manicure which turned out absolutely perfect. She paid close attention to detail and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it every step of the way. Sandy did my pedicure and it was also perfect! I don’t live in town but I will be back! 🙂 it was a little pricier than I would normally pay but you get what you pay for!

Rating my experience at New French Nails pf 2 stars quality only because their service was great and everyone seemed very sweet. Otherwise, I purchased the most expensive French tip gel manicure of my life ($42 without tip). It was also the worst gel manicure that I’ve received with very uneven lines. Adding salt to the wound, one of my nail began chipping the VERY next day. Just felt like I should expect my nailed to last at least a week without chipping given a price tag of $42. Instead, they lasted a single day.
