Only 1 Manicurist and she seems to be the manager, too. She is good and listen to my needs/requests of how to do my Mani/pedi. However, I don’t like her underarm waxing at all and became allergic to whatever wax she was using. Also, the wax didn’t seem strong or hot enough. I have a lot of ingrown hairs now. She uses mineral oil after she waxes, but I thought that clogs pores. I will continue going to her for Mani/pedis (not for waxing!). She is nice & welcoming and takes her time to please the customer.
