If you are picky about your nails this would not be the best place to go. The pedicure I received was something I could do at my home. Tools to remove dead skin/ calluses wasn’t used they pretty much just moisturized my feet and polished them. My nail shape was decent but the gel polish was not placed on the nail bed properly. Overall nice staff but not good with nails.

Do not ever go here. Way over priced for VERY bad work. Different size nails, crooked, completely awful. Do not learn the hard way like I did. I’m still crying over my nails. The high rating fooled me. I never get to have my nails done. So I’m very upset. Wasn’t even busy. I’m telling you don’t do it. Staff wasn’t rude or anything… But I’ll tell you what… I’d rather a rude staff that gives me perfection over a nice staff that gives me expensive garbage.

This nail salon is one of the best that I have been to in Knoxville. Staff is very polite and understanding if you do have any issue with your nails. Nina did my nails this past visit, and I will be doing my future visits with her, she did amazing!! I highly recommend this nail salon for anyone who is looking for high-quality nails for a cheaper cost!

Critical: QualityWas my first time here… clean and good price… I was so excited about getting a pedicure! I’m left a little disappointed ☹️. Still have lots of dead skin on feet and little toe… Plus my toenails are crooked and they are cut too short. Plus have Polish on my cuticles. This was not a good experience for me. The staff is friendly, but seemed to rush through. In the end my nails were thin and you could see through the gel polish that I paid extra for. I went back to my regular salon to have them fixed. I have my bank statement that says that I paid you! 8/16/18 Thank you for reassuring that I never need to come to your establishment again. If I had read your rude answers on some of these reviews first, I never would have come there to begin with.
