As a service provider myself I’m very disappointed. I went for a pedicure, it was done in such a rush I got cut twice, (not 1 person was waiting ). Lady was on her phone talking loud my nails were cut all uneven. It was my first time here! You would think with businesses struggling they would be a bit more attentive. I have been going to this salon for about 6 years now. I would never have anyone do my acrylic tips by anyone else at any other place! The owner Michael is AMAZING! He makes my permanent French tips beautiful. They also last longer than average. I don’t need a fill in until about 4-5 weeks whereas some places they need to be done within 2-3 weeks. His wife Tammy is also amazing whether you need a wax or a pedicure. I am so happy I found this place.

When I showed up for my appointment only 1 other customer was there. But as other customers walked in, some with no appointment… I felt they started doing a rush job, especially on my pedicure. Which wasn’t the same person who did my nails. So now I have to double tip for a job I was very unhappy with.

I got ombre sns and the manicurist took his time to make sure it was perfect and we would go back if he saw something he didn’t like. I walked in on a Friday after work. Ive been looking for a new place to try and I am happy that I found my new spot. They did an amazing job! Very CLEAN and SPACIOUS. You don’t feel like you are on top of people. The staff is so FRIENDLY. I noticed that they knew a lot of the clients by their first name. I definitely recommend this place

i got sns dip powder done on friday and by monday every single nail was chipped. the woman who did my nails refused to refund/ fix my nails and said she’d fix them when i came back in 2 weeks, i will not be returning
