The staff is very nice. I have sat and watched each of them while my children were getting serviced and they do a really great job on anything they do. Been here twice its always pleasent no drama. They are great with children. Tc does mostly braids and she wonderful. She is actually the 1st that my daughter likes and says it doesn’t hurt while getting braids.

Joi is the head barber here and she runs a beautiful shop. There are 3 other barbers there. I’ve been a customer of Joi’s for about 10 yrs and I have been satisfied the whole time. I’m not sure about the other barbers but Joi is appointment only and it runs like a well oiled machine. I’d suggest her to anyone looking for the professional setting and professional outcome.

Walk-In are not welcomed because I called twice to find out if they cut beards and their prices because it wasn’t listed on the website but at neither time was I told I needed an appointment. I drive all the way over there just to be given a card and told that I had to make an appointment by selecting any slots on line . I just felt it was poor business practice with zero professionalism. I want them to know that not all black folk want to be treated hood . I find 3 C’s ..Communication , Customer service , Customer care is key in running a successful business because not everybody were born in Baltimore City and by the way not a soul was in there @ 12:50pm . I’ve been real disappointed in black owned businesses in this city ♂️

This place I love. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about any haircut you might want. She’s fast, and she will educate you on different products for your hair. There is also someone that braids hair. So you can get a haircut for you and your wife can get her hair braided.

I started seeing Joi a few months ago because I decided that I wanted a new look. I began booking appointments online after seeing a lot of pictures on Instagram. Joi is super professional and always makes the experience relaxed and very personal. I couldn’t be happier with my service and my new look. I look forward to going to getting my haircut. The shop is always super clean and has good music playing if you wait for a little.
