New Exceptional Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI honestly never really leave reviews unless something really bothers me.I decided to try this new place.. and I am at a loss. I made an appointment ahead of time, when I came in, I only waited maybe 5 minutes, great. There were two ladies working and both with a customer. I had no problem waiting because usually at nail salons there’s a little wait.Anyways, once I was seated I picked out my color and the first thing the lady said to me was that my nails were too short, why would a girl have such short nails? OkaaaaayAfter the customer was done, I was told to sit in her chair. I didn’t feel comfortable, especially with all the COVID19 going on, she did not clean the work area, didn’t Lysol, didn’t sanitize it one bit. She proceeded to use the same nail file on me that she used on the previous patient (without disinfecting it). And when I told her that I don’t feel comfortable with having that nail file used on me she told me that she uses it for all the customers because they prefer that one. She said that she can use the disposable nail file on me to make me feel more comfortable, but upon closer inspection I noticed that the “disposable nail file” that is in plastic was ALSO used! It had nail marks in the file and also the sponge. This tells me that they reuse their disposable equipment.To make the matters worse, the gel polish took SO quick that when I actually got into the car to look at it I realized that each nail had tiny tiny bubbles inside of it. The edges of the nails were sharp and poorly filed down. The whole thing was a disaster and wasn’t worth the 25$ plus tip.
