The worst pedicure experience! My polish is lumpy and only half the nail is polished on my pinky toe. The work is lackluster and not a good experience at all. I will not be returning. They charge for everything!!! She removed my toe gel polish and charged $8 and she put glue on my big toe and powder and charged me $3 (I didn’t ask her to do that). The hot towel experience was a cold towel. All around just horrible!!!

I cam in today at 5pm and asked for services and before I could finish my sentence I was told by the owner that other people made appointments and that I should come back another day when regular people are not here . There was only two people (white) in the nail salon and when I asked what time they close she said 7:30pm and I asked again why could I not get service and she said it would be better if I come back tomorrow whe no one is there . P.S. Im a black woman and have come to this nail salon before but because the lady that she was serving had a problem with my skin color I was asked to leave.

Hence the 2 stars! The owner is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She’s angry and unprofessional. My mom missed her appointment because of a flat tire. She called to sincerely apologize. Worst nail center i’ve ever been My God! I requested an acrylic filling, when I arrived the asian lady (who I think is the owner of the business) decided to do an uv gel without asking my permission and once i notice she wasn’t using acrylic i asked her what is this?? This is not acrylic!? And she stated and i quote “uv gel is so much better never goes yellow” so I immediately asked if it was the same price as the acrylic filling and she said yes so im like ok go ahead then. After confronting her she then proceeded to remove everything in a way she thought I wasn’t going to notice but i sure did notice. She painted my nails with uv gel nail polish 3 times i guess to try and cover the fact that she removed the whole product off my nails and charged 40 dollars! I didn’t say anything because she barely understood english so i wasn’t going to waste my time.(i requested a simple design like french nails but instead of straight i wanted it on the side like a diagonal line and she said she couldn’t do it because she didn’t have the spray machine and that was the only way to do it, i literally said nothing else than okay)I Paid the whole price and tipped her but im never going back and i hope you guys get to read this and DON’T GO EVER! And i obviously didn’t take any pictures because you know how nasty they looked! K bye.

I decided to try this place bc I’m always in this shopping center, before I could finish my sentence, the owner pushed me and my 3 year old out the door bc I didn’t have an appointment. There’s a way to talk to people and clearly this woman hasn’t learned it. No wonder the place was empty.

To be honest the place is clean but the workmanship is horrible. I went in for a acrylic fill in and the owner did gel which I didn’t mind but she took forever to do my nails and told me they would last 3weeks… they didn’t even last 3 days. I went back to have her fix them and she gave an attitude b/c I didn’t make an appointment, which I felt I didn’t need one since they broke so soon. After just “2” day the same nail she fixed broke again…I DO NOT recommend this place.
