I should have looked at the reviews. Same complaints about the same guy. I went with a barber with curly hair. I believe his name was Antonio. Do not go to this guy. Jacked up my sons neck and had to cut all of my sons hair off. Does not have clean edges and lines are uneven. Does not know how to do blowout. You ask nicely to fix lines makes it worse and has passive aggressive attitude. The other barbers seem to know what they are doing. Go to them

Doesnt even deserve a star. After an hour in the chair the haircut looked horrible and to top it off, later I’m told I have two patches of hair on my neck that the guy had to be blind to miss. Waste of money and time I will never get back. Don’t waste your time or money going to here.

2nd time I’ve gone in there; 2nd time I’ve had an average haircut. Showed up early for my appointment but still wasn’t seen until 30 mins afterwards. And the guy had very little skill. Didn’t do my tape line, and barely shaved down my beard as I asked. Was honestly too disappointed to say anything; just paid and left. Will not be returning

We waited a long time but let me tell you the wait is so worth it, Angel took his time on my sons hair and he did a great job. He wasn’t rushing to get to the next client, he took his time giving us a quality cut. Thank you. I was very impressed.

Awesome barber shop! It’s been a challenge to find a great shop here in Broward County. A friend recommended this place and I have been coming to this location for the past 2-3 months. So far, I’m very pleased with my experience and will continue to go here. The shop is very clean. Great customer service. Always greeted right away when I come in and never have to wait more than 5 minutes for a cut, without an appointment! They seem to always have more than enough barbers staffed to keep wait times short. New era is friendly, professional, and laid back. No music blaring in the background like some shops, it’s quiet with some TV background noise. The barbers here are professional, caring, and do exceptional work. They are attentive, detailed, and make sure you’re fully satisfied with your hair cut. I’ve gotten cuts from John and Fernando and both do an amazing job. My cut usually takes 40-50 min on average with hair and beard. They always take their time and go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. I love this location and would definitely recommend them.
