Critical: Professionalismsorry to kill the Christmas vibe but something happened to my mom and I’m furious over it!On Christmas eve my mom went to New England Nails Spa, she was standing at the little paying table where they keep their display of nail colors. When my mom noticed a customer approaching to pay she went to go move backward out of the way and tripped and fell on top of a glass table.The glass table shattered, my mom is bleeding & knowing my mom she’s very upset at the situation because she wouldn’t want to cause anything bad to anyone.Tina, THE OWNER, whom was too busy to even blink lied to my mom saying she called her ”boss”, SHE IS THE BOSS my mom knew for a fact she didn’t even have time to make a phone call, she was sitting right near her the whole time she got her nails done. Approached my mom and barely asked if she was okay before asking her to pay $50 for the table. Saying “I called my boss and he asked if you could pay for the table” meanwhile all they gave my mom for a bleeding hand was a stingy piece of paper towel.My mom being the person she is, paid for the table and immediately made the decision to never go back. A customers like me gets my nails done twice a month, $80 total plus tip, for a whole year that makes your business almost $1000 but you’d rather lose a customer over a $50 table.The principle here wasn’t paying for the table, my mom never will in her life as many of us tolerate being lied to. we’ve been going there for YEARS, long enough to know who the owner is and that she flat out lied to my mom to get money out of her.Won’t be seeing our business again!sorry to kill the Christmas vibe but something happened to my mom and I’m furious over it! …More

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAs much as I don’t want to tell everyone about this salon because I don’t want it to become hard to get an appointment, I have to share! Tina and Lannie are both absolutely amazing and do the BEST work. I get dip manicures and they do an amazing job. So friendly every time I go in, it’s such a great experience. As much as I don’t want to tell everyone about this salon because I don’t want it to become hard to get an appointment, I have to share! Tina and Lannie are both absolutely amazing and do the BEST work. I get dip manicures and they do an amazing job. So friendly every time I go in, it’s such a great experience. This is the place to go in the Weymouth area!!
