Positive: Cleanliness, PunctualityThe customer service is great! Erica knows everyone that walks in the door and makes it a point to greet each customer by name. They are very accommodating with scheduling. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed twice during the pandemic and a powder gel manicure once. They have been very vigilant with health precautions. Each client’s temperature is taken upon entering and the staff spray hand sanitizer for them. The customer service is great! Erica knows everyone that walks in the door and makes it a point to greet each customer by name. They are very accommodating with scheduling. This is my 4th nail salon I’ve visited in town and I’m SO relieved to say that I found my nail and waxing spot! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. It’s a small space but very clean and comfy.
