I love this place. I suffer from anxiety and tension all throughout my body from head to toe, but this wonderful place seems to have such knowledgeable massage therapists that can feel the troubled areas and they target them with such care. They are soo clean, and kind, and affordable and I love how private it is and the ambience and music is soo relaxing. I’ve made this a norm for my life now that I have found something that helps with the anxiety and I don’t have to use pills. Plus I workout and this is ideal for those sore spots, y’all.

I’ve been a customer there for years and was always on the fence about how I felt about their service. Tonight was frustrating enough to want to share though. I’ve always found the way that they have their “suggested tips” set up on their checkout tablet very insulting, because it guilts you into tipping more than is customary. It starts at 15% and underneath is says “liked it,” and under 20% it says “loved it,” and under 25% it says something like “absolutely loved it.” First of all, even if I absolutely loved it, I’m not going to be compelled to tip more than 15-20% just because their tip pad tells me to. Second of all, they’re asking for tips on the sales total, including tax. I’ve always grown up being told it’s appropriate to tip on the subtotal and not tip on the tax being charged. Lastly, my visit there tonight felt exceedingly rude on their part. They closed at 7pm and I got there shortly before 6:30 and told them that I wanted a 30min massage. I was told to pay beforehand and I’ve never paid beforehand before, so I asked “why?” They said it would be 7pm when I was done and so even though I wanted to point out that telling me to pay before my service was just for them to be conveniently able to book it when they closed, I bit my tongue. I hit “skip” on the tablet for the tip line, and had every intention of tipping in cash after the massage. The lady at the counter hit “cancel” on the transaction and pointed to the tip options, and then I hit “skip” again and I said “I don’t know, I haven’t got my massage yet.” They do talk loudly to each other while massaging their customers, so for all I know the lady at the counter told the guy massaging me that I hadn’t tipped, because at some points it seemed like he was purposely trying to rip the muscles off of my shoulders with his elbows. I’ve never wanted to tell a masseur to knock it off, but I almost did tonight.

I realize that most people are going to question getting a massage at the mall. However, I am purposely driving 25 min to MOA just for the massage.They are great at muscle spasms and releasing tensions from places you hold stress. So much better than some fancy spa place. Love this place. I have been a patron of this place 4 times. The only complaint I would have is that I had to ask staff to stop talking amongst themselves while getting my massage. It kept me from relaxing. They most respect ly complied.

I agree with what a lot of other reviews said. 1 Hard to relax because the guy was talking loudly to another staff in their language. 2: He was pushy with extending the services, asking to add hot stone for extra cost. And lastly; he was very pushy about getting tipped, I felt forced to tip, just very unprofessional. But the massage was decent but will not return because of the customer service.

I drove 6 hours from Chicago a little more than half way to Fargo. Had done yard work the day before so back was sore all day during my drive. Visited MOA on a whim since it’s near my hotel and came upon this on the second floor. No wait. Sure they upsold the hot stones AND foot massage but who is complaining!? I tipped 20%. No pressure to do so. I’ll be back on Thursday on my return trip home!!!

We got reflexology and massage. They were both okay. The lady got mad at me when I paid – she demanded a tip… They didn’t do anything over and above. It was mediocre at best – however touch is always effective and always good – they avoided the issues I went there for in the first in place.

I was satisfied with the person giving me a message however, it is hard to relax when the person giving me the message is talking loudly to his co worker in a foreign language. I went here to relax.
