Michelle was the name of the lady who did my nails and it was the absolute worse nail job ive ever had. The gel was laid on so thick and the nails on my right hand looked so bad. I also asked for my nails to be sharper, like almond, and they still were coffin. I had to fix them when I got home, super unhappy and biggest waste of $70. Would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I have been going to this place for many years. I gave a 5 star review because overall everyone there is kind, the girls do a great job and the place is clean. Though a girl named Michele did my 81 year old moms manicure. My mom smudged one nail and when I asked her to please fix it she came over abruptly was very unkind & disrespectful. The nail looked just as bad after she fixed it. I will not tolerate this kind of service and disrespect towards my mom. I know the owner who was not there today though will be calling to report her. So if you go there stay away from Michele. Ivy did my mani and was so pleasant, kind and did a wonderful job on my nails.

I am a regular customer. I made appointments for specific times, at opening, and technicians for manicure and pedicure. Got there and both appointments were given to other people!!! My name was whited out in book and my appointments were rebooked with the horrible technicians nobody wants. Woman acting in charge was absolutely obnoxious. Don’t go here. They treat regular customers like dirt.

Amazing service. The owner is super polite and staff does great work. They are gentle on your nails, their finish is flawless. They don’t hesitate to give out suggestions which is amazing since sometimes you don’t know what you need.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Everyone is really nice & they do an amazing job. I’ve gotten manicures & pedicures, also a gel manicure for my wedding with the pink gel recommendation from my nail artist there, which came out beautiful, I just got my wedding photos back and I’m so happy I went with her recommendation instead of the clear I was going to do. The manager is really sweet also! This is my go-to nail spot

So last second my fiancé needed to get her nails and feet done. New Dorp Nails was very clean and everyone was 6 feet apart causing no stress or worry on the customer. Her manicure only took 20 minutes compared to other stores. I must say I’m grateful just walking in without an appointment I was expecting weird looks and being denied but they saw her immediately which was beautiful. It did cost 40 bucks not including tip which I believe always TIPPING. So overall 50 bucks and my fiancé nails looked great. Ivy was the woman who did her nails and she was lovly.
