Tom at New Dimensions is AWESOME!! Whatever your health concern or need, Tom can help. I first used Tom and his expertise several years ago for complaints of lower back pain and sciatica. I had been to chiro care many times and Tom did more for me in one visit than all the other to chiro. Most recent for complaints of abdominal and rib pain following 3 major surgeries. It was recommended to see Tom after I was having horrible pain in my shoulder, back, and neck after getting hit by a dump truck in a car accident. The day I called I just needed to be seen by anyone that could give me relief. They had a cancelation and were able to get me right in. After that session I had way more movement in my neck, back and left shoulder! I was so impressed by his approach and the way he explained everything so well and what was happening in my body. I have struggled with knee pain for the last 2 years and thought my problem was associated with something I had done to my knee. Tom has fixed my problem in just a few sessions and taught me ways to maintain my mobility. He has a deep understanding of how muscles work in the human body and is an excellent teacher to keep us moving pain free. I shattered my leg almost four years ago; four surgeries at Vanderbilt and didn’t walk for a year. I took physical therapy three times a week for a year with ZERO improvement. I only wish I had taken a before and after picture from the first session with Tom – my foot and leg have never been the same. I can now wear any shoe, and do any and all physical activities. I just placed second in a 5K race yesterday, and am training for a half marathon. Tom truly saved my quality of life!!!
