I was looking to get a pamper service today for my wife on her birthday however, the person who answered the phone had a terrible smug attitude. The kind of, “I don’t want to be here today” type attitude. If you know that your facility is basically not providing nail or massage services today, then lead with that once you get back on the phone after rudely putting someone on hold instead of, asking and having a person explain what service they would like to make an an appointment for. Would of been our first time, heard, and read great reviews but if your attitude is like that on the phone one can only assume it will be worse in person. Fortunately, good to find this out now as we were considering wedding packages in the future… And we have a BIG wedding party. Sorry but, politeness and professionalism goes a very long way in our book and for us, it starts when you pick up the phone.

The stylist and salon are absolutely amazing. As soon as you walk into the door you are greeted with smiles and hellos to make you feel welcomed. The atmosphere is upbeat and fun. Every client who sits in a stylists chair is made to feel like apart of the family at New day and each one leaves smiling. Each and every person that works at New day is kind, sweet, respectful,energetic, and talented. The salon itself is clean, warming, stunningly decorated,and spacious. Such an amazing experience at New Day Salon! I booked hair and makeup appointments for my bridal party, myself, and my mother in law for my wedding this October. The staff was so warm and friendly, even came in early to ensure everyone got their hair and makeup done before we needed to get back and take pictures. And wow! Everyone looked incredible and I loved my hair and makeup that Ashley did for me. The owners also let us bring drinks and snacks to kickoff the day!!! It was such a perfect start to the best day of my life. It was affordable too! Most of the time for weddings, especially if you’re standing up, you get charged up to $90 for hair and $75+ for makeup. New Day makes the whole experience actually affordable with their prices and the result is drop dead gorgous–for everyone. They even put in little flowers in all my bridesmaids’ hair that I got my from florist! My sister also used New Day Spa for her wedding. Highly, highly recommend.
