I made an appointment and was very excited because I was told they were good. My appointment was made for 5 (eventhough I really wanted 5:30) and we had to wait till 5:20 to be called to the back and then sat for a few minutes till someone was able to help us. I then asked how long the gel lasts and they said till the nail grows out, so i paid an extra 15$ to do gel. I got my nails done 3 days ago and the gel is already comeing off in 3 places which shouldnt happen with even plain polish. Also while i was getting my nails done the person must have touched the nail because there was a littel bump when she was done. She also did not do a smooth straight job by the begining of the nails. She also missed out on a nice chunk on one of my nails.

Critical: QualityIn my opinion they charge entirely too much for the quality of work you recieve. I recently returned to the Troy area after 8 years of living in a different state. My hubby wanted to treat me for my birthday as I am also preparing for the birth of our little one. I instantly thought of this place for my pampering because I’d use them prior to our move many times. The nail tech assigned to me was less than thorough. I received a full set a Pedi and both look poorly done. Many of my nails look as if I need a fill-in and it’s only day two. The polish job on both my hands and feet look poorly done as well, and my nails are super chunky. When I voiced my complaints my nail tech did nothing. Their prices are way too high for such poor quality of work.
