I had been going to this salon for approximately 8 months , service and attitude of owners for the most was good . I scheduled my appointments, was on time and tipped well. The owner Tina was doing my nails , another customer came in .apparently well known to the owner she stopped my gel fill and took this customer and was rude to me when Iasked if she was going to complete my service. The husband also does nails not well but attempts it none the less he completed it skipping steps Tina and the other customer were talking about mead the husband completed the service poorly. They have a canned response to the complaints. I would suggest that they improve customer service time management skills and quality of the husband skills. There are multiple nail salons and with this type of service you won’t be there longand neither will customers

I didn’t feel like l had a spa experience. I didn’t get a massage. Just my toes painted. It looked like I done it myself. The toe nails aren’t even. You get what you pay for, and I didn’t feel like the bowl was sanitized are the tools. Usually the technician open up a blue bag in front of you. Not this place. They also do not have a bag in the bowel. First and last time coming back. It’s a reason their always empty.

My nails came out crappy AGAIN. I wanted to come back to give it another shot but, it was worse then 5 months ago. 2 other people were there with me. Even though I came after them no one did their mani, and pedis even though there were employees but, on their phones. I was suppose to get blue acrylic coffin shaped nails that were matte but, I got squared shaped nails with purple gel polish… The lady who was doing my nails also messed up my nails. She made one of them dent and all of them uneven. She also made a nail crooked. When I got home ON THE SAME DAY the “gel” polish chipped off!!! I wish I could give them Zero stars but, I couldn’t so I had to give them One star. I will definitely, 100000% never go to this place. I DON’T RECOMMENDED coming here.

I went in for a mani/pedi and although the place was nice, clean, and the woman who assisted was nice, my nails came out crap. They chipped same day. SAME DAY!? I left going “At least they did a better job than I could have” but a few hours later I was like “nope, that’s not even true. When I do my own nails they don’t chip same day!” And I have the color at home to fix it when it chips. I’m goign to have to take these off tonight and there goes $12. The pedi’s paint is holding up so far, but toes always do. My finger nails were also the weirdest shapes and not even in any sense; some are longer than others, some are round and some are square and some are flat and then curve – what is this? I went with a friend too who wanted a pedicure and they didn’t ask her which she wanted and since they didn’t ask she was like “fine, I wont ask for the better one I was going to ask for” and then they barely scrubbed her feet – my feet were scrubbed significantly more than hers; so I can’t even say ‘the regular pedi isn’t a good scrubbing’ because I got the regular pedi and it was an okay scrubbing. She started 10 mins after me and was done about 15 mins before me. She can leave her own review if she wants though, but I know she was upset about that. I’m giving 2 stars because it was clean and my manicurist was nice. However, that’s not what I need in a manicure necessarily, and I won’t be going back here.
