I posted on FB Wednesday looking to get my highlights done on Thurs or Fri evening. I was very specific it had to be late, earliest 6:30pm. Tough request, I know. Lily responded on FB. We PM multiple times, confirming the time, confirming it had to be late. I’m getting married next week, I’m leaving for PA on Saturday, my appt next week in PA was canceled on Wed, hence my short notice and specific times. Lily reached out at 11am today, asking to come in earlier or on Monday or Tuesday. She said she was very sick and couldn’t do the highlights in the evening. She then offered Saturday morning. Not sure how someone who is very sick would be able to confirm the next morning. Sounds to me this young lady found something better to do on a Friday night, and canceled on a client, who is getting married in a few days!! I could be wrong and if I am I hope Lily feels better. But Lily already knew she would feel better by Saturday morning, even though she’s very sick today, so I don’t think there’s much to worry about.

I got my haircut by Elexis and she did my highlights too. She was amazing and really listened to what I was telling her I wanted done. I wasn’t worried that I was going to come out of it with some crazy look I didn’t want. Because that has happened before at other places. I highly recommend her and will ask for her next time I need a touch up! Thank you again girl, I love It!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

I can’t give this place enough five stars!!! Friendly staff, and my hair dresser, Elexis was the best I’ve had. She took her time and didn’t rush the process even when I was being picky about my bangs. She made sure that I was satisfied with my hair cut and color.
