Terrible service. I walked in and no one greeted me or said hello. I waited at the desk and no one came over to wait on me. I wanted a gel nail manicure. New Dawn was a horrible experience. Online it said they opened at 9am. That was a lie. I waited a whole hour and never got waited on.

I was really happy to find this place for nails. It is in a convenient location, the 2 different girls that my friend and I had were very good. There are comfortable pedicure chairs side by side. I have been twice and booked again for this week. Booking is easy with their online site or to call in. The spa/salon is clean, bright, cheery and the people are all very nice. I would highly recommend this place for manicure or pedicure and may try a massage or hair some day soon!
