Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBeing fairly new to the Charlotte area (moved here from Massachusetts in 4/20/2020) I had absolutely no idea where to go to get my hair done. Mind you, I had been going to the same stylist in Mass for 10+ years & she was amazing. Are an appointment. I believe it was Christina… maybe Christine (I apologize. This was a few months ago)who did my hair. She actually LISTENED, she was on time, she was quick but most definitely didn’t “rush” VERY friendly- and talkative- which I personally love in a hair stylist.. it’s so awkward to have someone do your hair for 2+ hours and barely say a word to you. She did what I asked to have done. Not what SHE wanted to do. My cut and color came out absolutely PERFECT. I left there feeling beautiful… which felt so good considering at the time I was 14 weeks pregnant & feeling very insecure. I’ll be calling today to schedule an appointment with her again.
