Long post, but worth it. I have been here numerous times with nothing but greatness but this visit was awful. Normally I am allowed to pay after the service to tip accordingly and this time I was told by a lady I’ve never seen before I had to pay prior so I did with a standard 15% tip (1 hour massage). Nope. INSISTED I do 20%. Someone else walked in on me while I was changing without knocking. Service finally starts and the lady only massaged the top 1/4 of my back before she left the room and KISSED the top of my head. When she returned she was all over the place, using a wet towel on my back slapping it and dragging it and asking personal questions. She started to focus on my neck and was pinching me and continued to ask if it hurt and when I said it did CONTINUED to do it till I removed myself from the area. This happened more than once. It was almost like she was trying to hurt me. She sat next to me on the table and just starred at me which made me extremely uncomfortable. This was 30 minutes into the hour at this point and she asked if I needed anything else and I said my feet. So again she was pinching me and saw I had a tattoo on my foot and gasped and slapped my foot and rubbing it as if trying to remove it. Added to this appeared to be yelling at nothing in the corner. I left prior to 35 minutes being up as I was uncomfortable and concerned. I have never experienced anything like this before and I wish I had gotten her name but all I wanted to do was get as far away as I could.
