So disappointed with this place. I went there once and the costarican girl that did my pedicure was super nice, but then I went for the second time and the girls that were there were so rude. They asked me if I had an appointment and I said no ( I assumed I can just walk in since the first time I went there I got the service without an appointment) and they said they can’t provide me service without an appointment. Well, I tried to give another chance to the place just because is literally 5 minutes from me. I booked an appointment and they called me to cancel it 10 minutes before the appointment when I was already driving there. Very irresponsible.

Very clean, very nice people and the overall atmosphere was tranquil. My place to go, and the prices are decent. And..for the most part I’ve had pleasant experiences, but this last visit getting a gel nail set my cuticle was destroyed and bled profusely. Here it is a week later and it’s still bothering me. I’m not sure what happened, If it was the vibrating chair or the fact that the manicurist was on her phone..

Sonia gives the best pedicure in the world! Nothing like pedicures at other nail salons. The massage alone is out of this world! They use real shea butter and hot towels. Definitely a step above the rest.

I had a wonderful experience here today. My pedicure was expertly done. The best I’ve had in years (without paying double the price). The woman who did my gel manicure was equally wonderful. She eyeballed the color on my toes and didn’t get it quite right at first … before the second and third coat she nailed it. I would highly recommend this salon. The only downside is the parking seems to be limited. There has to be other parking than in front because I have seen it pretty full as I’ve driven by in the past. Oh yeah … the price is the best too.

Really need to make an appointment with Sonia for optimal results. And God forbid you’re even 5 minutes late – you’ll get cancelled or risk mediocre service. Had 1 great experience out of 4 total visits. I definitely need a backup! The facility is really nice and professional but my lifestyle requires more flexibility and guaranteed great service.

I’ve been a customer for many years. I am one of the many who helped the owner build his business. I’ve made appointments many times and waited because the previous customer’s time went over. However, that same curtesy was not extended to me. I was insulted because as an owner you make accommodations for a long term customers. I will never return and will tell everyone that I’ve recommended to go there the same. A business is only as good as their reputation, so it’s a matter of time.
