This review is only intended as a reflection of Michelle (Reed) and not the business as a whole or other employees. I recently had a deep tissue massage with Michelle. I had one about a month prior with her and that one was great, in fact one of the best I ever had, which I why I went back to her. But this time was different. Her affect from the initial greeting was distant. The entire 90 minutes were excruciating. I was at a max pain tolerance the entire time and had to tell her on several occasions that she was hurting me. The only reason I didn’t get up and leave is that I trusted her from the previous massage and thought she must be doing it this, different and forceful, way for a reason. When the massage ended, she leaned over me and berated me for apparently rescheduling a previous appointment on such short notice that she “had to sit for 2 1/2 hours without pay.” After receiving this scolding from her it became apparent that she was angry with me and took her anger out on me.

Have to give at least 2 stars for the cute building, front desk staff, and overall relaxing vibe of the place. The massage itself was the worst I’ve ever had though. Jen talked my entire massage and did not take the hint that I was trying to enjoy some very expensive quiet time. She would start and stop massaging me every 30 seconds to tell a story and give me physical therapy tips (???) I did not ask for. Eventually I realized it was not going to get better so I just responded to her through my massage because it was so uncomfortable. We went 30 minutes over and I got out of there super late. I tipped and left quickly without making a scene, but I seriously would never recommend this place or Jen. Professionalism sorely lacking. An expensive conversation I didn’t ask for.

The facility is clean and cozy – very relaxing ambiance which is key. Every staff member I encountered was friendly. Sheri in particular was great -so accommodating and exactly what I needed.I am looking forward to seeing her again!

The massage was great. Staff very nice a front desk. But the lady doing the massage was unmasked and unvaccinated which is very inconsiderate about the safety of others. After speaking about it, she still did put one on. Fortunately I am vaccinated and kept on my mask.

Just went to New Body Therapeutics for my 2nd couples massage. I love this place and would definitely go back. This place is very clean, all the staff is friendly and ultimatley it is a relaxing place to go. I would recommend this place to family and friends. Also the prices are well worth the visit you will pay.

They were amazing! We drove almost an hour from home to receive a prenatal (for me) and deep tissue (for him) massage. Very wonderful experience. Totally worth the drive.

My girlfriend and I have come here a number of times for massages and we always leave happy and relaxed. We’ve had a different masseuse every time, but all have been great and it makes for a new and original experience each visit. Everyone there is very kind and welcoming, too. Definitely give them a shot!

Sheri, was a terrible therapist! I don’t get much time to get massage with my bf and he treated us to 90 min and it was the worst massage I’ve ever gotten. I asked at the front desk if she was new to massage, because I was trying to give her an excuse for not listening to me. But was informed she’s been doing this for a long time. The front desk did try to make it better. But I would never recommend Sheri to anyone. My bf also told me after we left that he didn’t care for his massage as well. They didn’t listen to anything we asked for. It was very disappointing for us. I am also a massage therapist, so we are very A custom To how a massage should be preformed and what should be done. The reason I’m giving 3 starts is because the front desk did try to fix it.
