I requested a booking through Google and received an instant response which was super helpful. When i got to the place it was just opening up and i was nicely greeted by Grace. I showed them a photo of what I was looking and they knew exactly how to do it. I got gel French ombre and a normal pedicure. If you’re looking for fun nice designs definitely come here.

I went here for the 3rd time today to get a dip power. The girl was nice but my finger nails literally still hurt.She kept filing my fragile nails with the machine even after I told her it was burning and I was flinching. You can even see the marks the machine left on my nails. Not coming back again. Only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because the staff is nice.

It was my first time here. Got a gel mani and pedi for $83. Miki did my hands and one of the guys did my feet. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. I was very pleased with the outcome of my nails. My manicure and pedicure was thorough and the staff is friendly. They offer a free membership. If you pay with cash, you get the double the points.

I have never in my life written a review for anything. I’ve been coming to bobo’s for 2 years now to get my nails done. And let me tell you I used to love it, until they got a new owner. I approached the owner (I think he was the owner) today after I had my service done and I told him that I always came here, but ever since they run the place I see them rushing the girls to finish their job and move to another client. The girl that was doing my nails today was doing a great job, until the guy came to rush her because he kept taking clients that HE DID NOT HAVE ROOM FOR! I understand they want to take as much clients as they possibly can, but that is not the way to go. Now I have glue and red stains (from color) all over my skin. I asked if she could even the shape of three nails that were uneven and she got upset. I told the owner I come there to have a relaxing time and this was definitely NOT IT. I am even more upset that he did not say anything. He just stood there and looked at me. Like I told him, I will not be coming back.

I have never written a bad review but I am honestly so disappointed with the quality of nails here. I called before coming in asking how much gel acrylics would be, and I was told that they would cost $55 on the phone. When I was at the salon there was a sign advertising a new type of uv gel extension and when I asked my nail tech, who happened to tell me she was the manager, what the UV nails were and how much they cost, she told me they were the same price as gel acrylics and also convinced me to get them because they would last longer. Not even a week later, and two of my nails fell off and chipped in half. 3 days later most of my nails either broke or fell off out of nowhere without me doing strenuous activities. And then when I was ready to pay, Bobos charged me $85, after telling me it would be $55.
