I have gone here multiple times but this time was particularly horrendous. it started off with i didn’t get the lady i requested. then when i was getting tips applied by the wrong lady, she wasn’t even putting tips on that fit my nails, they were popping up and not going to last. then once i finally got the lady i requested for she proceeded to take off all the tips the other lady had put on. she applied the tips better so i thought everything would be fine until she couldn’t get the shape right when i was literally showing her a picture. then it just kept going down hill when she didn’t even know how to do french tips. and on top of everything one of the other ladies was standing over my shoulder the whole time making me extremely uncomfortable. then on top of all that the nails have started falling off after just a week. very disappointed

This place is horrible I’ve been here in the summer and winter, they never turn on the heat when it’s freezing cold outside and when it’s summer is the same thing they don’t turn on the AC when it’s super hot outside.

I’ve been visiting Queen Nails since they opened. I had tried numerous other nail salons. But this salon far surpasses the others. The service is extremely friendly and professional. Lisa works very hard to make sure all her customers are looked after and seated with a technician as soon as possible. She runs a TIGHT SHIP. The atmosphere is quiet and calming. The place is clean, the technicians are well trained, great massage with every treatment.

I have read the previous reviews and I was shocked. I brought my daughter there for her birthday and it was a lovely place. I would recommend it. Bringing a bridal party their next week. I will let you know if it doesn’t go well. My daughters polish stayed on a for a week!

On a busy Saturday I was handled roughly and very quickly. What should be a pleasant experience was anything but! A 20 minute pedi that looked and felt like it! If you are too busy to make the experience and final product what it should be, tell the customers coming in rather than rush them through to get every last dime you can. I will not be back.

It’s been going downhill for a while … not clean at all! You have to ask them for a clean nail file it’s so worn and used and they don’t change the paper towel on the table unless you request a fresh one. If it’s in the summer? They won’t turn on the air conditioner! Not upscale or accommodating to customer comfort.
