I’ve been coming here the past year and they give a pretty decent massage.I scheduled a 60 min couples massage at 4pm and they didn’t have it written down and only had one massage therapist in the entire place. No one was even at the front so they told us to come back in half a hour. So we came back in half an hour they took us back. My husband and I were waiting on the table for at least 10 min while the other woman finished her massage.Then my massage therapists phone kept ringing and she was answering it during my massage!!! It rang 4 times and I realized she was answering the business phone!! That’s exactly why they didn’t have my massage appointment down!!I am so disappointed because I loved this place and we have always recommended this place to friends.I gave it 2 stars because of the times I went there and it was good.I feel like this place has changed ownership or something. Critical: Professionalism, QualityMe and my boyfriend went in here yesterday afternoon and they were so aggressive and hard. The place was dirty, very unclean and cluttered This was the WORST massage we have ever had. At first the massage started out feeling nice but then he got super aggressive . He put his elbow into my butt very hard and when i went to get up to move he pushed me back down. I can’t stress it enough this is the worst place ever !!! I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment and the service I receive goes above and beyond. They really care about your well being and helping you feel better. Went to get a couple’s massage and not even an hour later my partner and I were in so much pain and discomfort. It literally feels like we were physically assaulted. We have bruises from the top of my neck to hips. The only calming and relaxing thing there was the music and even with that they talked to each other the whole time.

Did a couples massage for our anniversary & was very disappointed. The massage was uncomfortable due to the roughness. Both of our backs are stiff, hot and bruised. I received many massages and this was the worst. We thought we try a new place. I don’t leave bad reviews but we are both in pain. I have no idea how they have their license.
