I have been a patient of the Wellness Center and a client of the Spa at New Beginnings for many years. You will be hard pressed to find a medical care provider like Lucy Douglas. She has a heart for helping patients optimize their longevity and shows genuine interest in the multi-facets of her patient’s lives. Whereas you may be fortunate to have 15 minutes of face time with a medical provider elsewhere, who may never remember your name, you will not have this experience at New Beginnings. Mrs. Douglas spends quality time with her patients, taking a whole body, spirit and mind approach. Rest assured, if you are her patient, you will be known, heard and cared for. As for the spa, be prepared to be treated like royalty! Their services are extensive and the staff is highly trained. Special thanks to Emery and Robyn, with whom I regularly book skin treatments, as they have transformed my 50-something skin into the best skin of my life. Further, they have top quality medical grade skin care products available for purchase that are incredible. Make your appointment today!

She does a really good job explaining each step or just letting you relax on those days when you need to unwind. I’ve come at least 7 times now and they are always on time! I’ve never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes if at all!
