My fiance and daughter had an appointment today and they were 20 minutes late so it would be understandable for the salon to tell them that they could not accommodate. Instead they rushed them in rudely rushed them to pick color, soaked feet in cold water gave cold towels instead of warm. My daughtrs(10) nails look like she did them from the cuticles not being touched to the polish that missed half of the nail but managed to get on her skin. My fiance who has a dress fitting tomorrow which is the main reason she needed them done got the worst gel manicure that I have ever seen. I cannot believe she even paid, I wouldn’t have until they provided the service that she was being charged for. They have both used the salon before many times and if it was just a lousey job would have just blew it off but their behavior was disgraceful and I encourage anyone that is considering using this salon to rethink it.

In a quick 30 minutes, I had a pedicure and a terrible French manicure. Also, the white edge is thin and smudged on 7 tips. She couldn’t finish applying the polish fast enough! I have been going here for over 5 years. But now I’m done! Thank goodness I decided against the DNS manicure! Pedicure, Manicure

The customer service here is horrible. They are open until 6:30, I walked in @ 5:30 (as I did 2wks prior) and asked for a pedicure & the “manager” told me they couldn’t do it because they had already cleaned the bowls!!! Then, she asked me if they can do a rush job. When I asked was it goin to be half off (being sarcastic) she told NO tht the price would be the same!!! I’ve been coming here for almost two years regularly for my maintaining … I won’t be come going back!!!

I decided to try this place out and as soon as I walked in I explained I wanted gel acrylic French nails with tip. As we get to the manicure and she’s doing the tips she starts very short and I explain I want the nails longer, she does a little longer I tell her again I want longer. She tells me she doesn’t recommend longer and DOESNT do it. Now I’m lift with a half inch tip, when I wanted at least an inch/ inch and half. As I go to pay the tell me the total I ask if I can pay by card and they say yes but cash tip. I go to take money out for a $20 tip and come back they laugh and say no the whole thing in cash. I’m mad at this point but proceed to go BACK to the atm and take out cash. They laugh the whole time as I walk back to the atm. I hand her cash but pay $4 dollars less because they laughed at me and I feel disrespected. They count the money in front of me 4 times and then take a piece of paper out circiling the $16 tip I gave her and act like I don’t understand. I’m fighting with them saying I want to leave a $16 tip and eventually they give up and say bye. I would’ve gave more but they harassed me and disrespected me. Never mind the whole time I’m getting my nails done Julie keeps slapping my hand because I can’t hold them straight due to a condition I have and tried to explain to her with her dismissing me and just saying it’s easy. Will not be returning or recommend.
