Make sure YOU confirm your appointment. Leslie made an appt with me for Aug 3 @ 2 pm. Drove almost 40 min for appt. Entered salon, not greeted even tho several stylist walked right passed me. After 3rd stylist walks by she asks who I have an appt with. I said Leslie. She tells Leslie I am here for appt. I can’t hear what her response was but the stylist turns & goes back to computer. Leslie walks over & joins her but says she thinks I’m several weeks early. I get out my phone & read aloud the text from Leslie with appt date & time. They are whispering to each other. She says she sorry, she was sure she put me down but had no idea where. She offered me an 8:30 the next day (although I felt I was being “squeezed in”) but I’m almost 40 min away and I wasn’t the one who messed up. I was really disappointed to be so dismissed and made to feel like I was nothing. Will not be returning.
