I had come in with my hair all jacked up and in tears because my boyfriend tried to fix my hair the night before, they welcomed me in and assisted me right away. Miss Samantha worked with what she had to and did an absolute job. not only was the whole experience amazing, but everyone was there comforting me. 10/10 recommend and i will most definitely be coming back!!

This was my first time at this salon and unfortunately it was not a good experience. Once I arrived I told them my appointment was with Tina who I had to awkwardly wait for while she was texting or something on her phone lounging on the couch. I noticed during the hair cut she wasn’t really doing as much as most stylists did but I thought she knew what she was doing. By this I mean I didn’t notice her checking for evenness. She was nice enough during the haircut but afterwards I went to pay with my card and she curtly informed me she didn’t take cards. I feel like you should really have that posted somewhere or inform your customers before the haircut. I called ahead of time to schedule the appointment and she mentioned nothing of the sort. I was lucky my fiance was in the area to bring the cash otherwise I don’t know what I would have done. When I got home I realized that on top of everything my hair was super uneven. I have had better haircuts at Walmart. I didn’t notice how uneven it was because my hair is curly and you can’t really see the difference until it dries. But I did inform her my hair was very curly and most stylists don’t have any problem getting it right. Overall I am very unhappy with the experience I had here and will be going somewhere else to get my hair fixed.

New attitude should be renamed to has an attitude. The front desk clerk was easily one of the most disrespectful employees I’ve ever encountered. I went to a “salon” with expectations of a good experience and a great haircut. Haircut was average at best and the experience was barely tolerable. Your front desk is a direct representation of your establishment and these people apparently never got the memo. Way to put a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely won’t be returning and would highly caution those that go to be ready to snap on the front desk if you do. Sincerely a customer with reasonable expectations
