They don’t know how to treat their workers and the Manager didn’t know color she had to ask me what to do with a few colors, Managers should be able to answer their own questions….When you are good at what you do, there are haters to get you fired. Still owes me 800.00 what nerve. I am happy they closed down and even used my haircut pics to put on other people’s fbook page, again what nerve….

Do NOT go to this salon if you’re looking for professionalism. And definitely don’t bring your child here for a haircut unless you’re okay with a stranger yelling at them, sighing under their breath in obvious aggravation, or moving their head around like it’s a bobble head on a toy. Katie is the specific person that should be mentioned in this review. BUT the owner gets an honorable mention for not only calling an upset customer back to be even more rude than the so called manager she was defending BUT then never even apologized for a situation that happened not ONCE but twice. Good thing y’all don’t have a Facebook. That’s all I can say.

I came here two years ago and they were amazing, but I guess since staff can get they just aren’t the same. Woman refused to do any kind of color on my hair, made excuses that were debuked by other second opinions of other beauticians. They seemed like they didn’t want to put in the effort.

I personally liked the hair stylist. It was the fact that I had to sit in the chair for an extra 45 minutes because they ran out of dye and the girl had to run to the store and get more. That is the reason I gave it one star.

Got my eyebrows waxed here and their wax was so hot, that it left a burn on my eyebrow, it scabed over and got infected and is now a scar!! They also rushed and waxed them uneven. Do not recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here!! Wish I could attach a pictures or everyone to see.

Don’t waste your money here. Husband came here to get a cut and ya’ll…….I so wish I could attach a pic. This girl made him a whole new hairline around his ears and neck and not in a good way. Bangs were uneven and top hair didn’t even blend in with the back and sides.

Not happy with the service today. First of all……my sons hair line in the back…..is way too high….she was so busy watchin tv…..that she cut the back of my sons ear…..both of them!!!!!! . Then the girl i had….must of just finished school….because my hair looks like a bowl!!!!!!!!!!……how the hell do you straighten hair….but it still looks like a bowl???????? Not happy at all!!!!!!! Have to go home and re wash my hair…and fix it before i can go do my shopping. This is just rediculous
