Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityDishonest, unprofessional and rude. I recently scheduled a massage with NAB and when I called to make the appointment I asked what their rates were. I was told it was $30 for 30 minutes and $60 for 60.I was prepared to tip of course so took a little extra.After a truly lackluster massage I dressed and proceeded to the front to pay. I handed the woman $70 and she told me that the TIP WAS $20! I told herI was confused and I asked again if the massage was $60 or $80? (As everyone knows you don’t dictate how much of a tip the client chooses to leave).She insisted that the massage was only $60 but there was a MANDATORY $20 tip. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI have a lot of upper back and neck pain due to the nature of my job, but Sunny pays extra attention to those areas and fixes me up. She’s great at what she does and is very friendly. If you have musculoskeletal issues and looking to get out of pain Sunny is your girl.
