And that’s cause I can’t give no starts. My cousin went to get her nails done. First time costumer. Waited over 2 hours to be seen. On top her nails came out like if my 4 year old goddaughter did it. $150 she argued bout not paying for the horrible service they argued back to her. She gave them the money to leave. They threw the money on the floor. Rest assure no one in our family is goin back there.

I went on a Sunday around 3 and I was not satisfied. I always loved this place and recommended to people but the young lady that was doing my nails did a horrible job. I got a gel manicure and she rushed it , besides that she was constantly getting up to attend other people while doing my nails. The shape of my nails were really bad. She was the only one dressed different so I think she was the main person there. Disappointed.

The owner and her employees are very rude. I went for manicure and pedicure around 5:30pm , I came in and they didn’t even say good afternoon, I told them that I would like to get a manicure and pedicure and the owner said, it is going to take time. I said it is ok. They didn’t ask me if I wanted pick a color, I had to asked where are the colors for gel and one of the employees just pointed where it was. I decided not to do but in a while I was waiting for a taxi to pick me up the same woman she said to me with attitude, go to the back if you going to do pedicure. I said no. A few minutes later I left. I never felt so disrespected and experienced such a bad customer service! They don’t eve deserve a star. I should give them zero starts!

The owner is so rude and disrespectful. She doesn’t know what customer service is. I got a gel manicure and pedicure, same color. The nail polish for my pedicure was a bit different so I asked her why is that? She answerd but then said, “why are you asking me? You should call and ask the company.” I stood quiet but then asked her why was she being rude?! She started yelling. She’s nasty, unprofessional and low class if you ask me. She’s lost a customer here!

I’ve been going there for years as has my family and never an issue. The most i’ve waited with an appt has been 10 min. Only once did my nails not look like what I was used to and they immediately fixed the issue with no problems or no attitudes.

Poor experience. My 13 year old daughter and her friend were asked to pick colors and informed they would be up next. After a 1/2 hour wait, the salon took 3 customers without appointments ahead of them. Then to add insult to injury, asked the 2, 13 year olds to come back two hours later. No explanation given. Poor customer experience.

The only thing I don’t like is that they leave new employees to learn on their own without any guidance or supervision. The girl didn’t did a horrible job. She didn’t know what steps to take and I paid to get the changing polish but she used only one color and never applied the second one. It was a mess. They promised to compensate me but they didn’t. I haven’t been back in awhile.
