Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I got my eyelashes extensions I told the women doing my lashes it was my first time. After I got them done I noticed they were not even. She just stood there while my friend and eye tried to fix the extentions with our fingers not even offering me a spoolie. After I paid she didn’t tell me anything about lash care. When I asked all she said was I should be careful when washing my face. You know I use to like this place. But not anymore. Recently one of the ladies messed up my eyebrow so bad. My eyebrows use to be thick and full, I use to get compliments. Now one eyebrow is soo thin and the other is thicker. I specifically told her that the other one is thicker but she still goes on to make the thinner eyebrow thinner. Don’t come here, go elsewhere unless you want to spend your next three months regrowing our your eyebrows. I’m so annoyed, never going here again.

Usually the lady in the second seat does my eyebrows nice but I tried another lady and she completely messed up my eyebrows. I don’t suggest going here if you’re going to get your eyebrows done.

I have a light spot at the front of one of my eyebrows, and they completely took all of the hair out. Making my eyebrow start further away from my nose than they are designed. Took FOREVER to grow back. NEVER AGAIN!
