I always come to the salon for eyebrow waxing and I have been here for feet pedicures but this time it was different. I came into the salon around 7;30, 30 minutes before the location closes and no one greeted me or asked me what service I was here for. 5 minutes before they closed, I took it upon myself to tell one of the workers I was here for eyebrow waxing and he tells me no one can do my eyebrows, which was funny because the ladies that always do my eyebrows were there. I will never return to this location because they didn’t respect my time enough to tell me earlier they couldn’t do the service for whatever reason. I am super disappointed.

Mickey did a great job with making sure my hands were properly taken care of- both cleaning them up and painting them. She also gives great hand massages! It was super easy to book an appointment, and all the workers are friendly.

This place has the worst costumer service messed up my nails for my wedding instead of saying I don’t know how to do what I ask for she did some bs on my nails and was rude about it. No one in the salon act like they cared by far the worst place I’ve ever been too and would never come back nor do I recommend. Pedicure, Dip powder

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve gone to this Salon twice. The man with the glasses who works there is very rude. He gets very short and annoyed when you ask questions or make suggestions. The last visit I had I got gel polish. Two days later it’s peeling off. I went back they fixed it, but the same night it peels off again!! I go back the next day and it was close to them closing so the lady didn’t want to fix it and said come tomorrow. I demanded she fix it. Now 2 days later one of my nails come off. There’s no way you should have to visit a salon 3 times in one week off of a fresh set. I went to this business on Thursday mid day. It was a horrible experience. The woman that was assigned to me was extremely rude abrasive didn’t speak English. I went in for a pedicure their prices are extremely high for the mediocre service you get. My pedicure was rushed she didn’t do it properly had an attitude when asking her to go over an area that wasn’t done the right way.Management was their and had nothing to say. She spoke with them in her language when I asked her to fix the issue and nothing was done.Atmosphere is very dry weird.Avoid

Pedicure was fine. Jenny did my feet and I was satisfied. She was very personable and attentive to her work. After that, everything went downhill. I waited for over 45 minutes and Jenny asked me if I was okay. I guess whoever was supposed to do my nails didn’t really want to do it or whatever the case may be, but the results were honestly unacceptable. The man rushed my nails and had to fix the shape of two of them, which were still crooked when he finished and they later smudged. I asked for stiletto and they ended up looking like almond. I had a picture and it looks nothing like it. He was constantly looking up from my nails and was not paying attention for almost 40% of the time. He was obviously upset when I asked him to fix my nails. He touched them and said they were dry then put oil on my cuticles, at this point his coat was already on and he was standing, then left. The pedicure was fine and I was content. The full set was horrendous and I would not recommend anyone go there. My fingers were dirty, the polish didn’t even cover all of the acrylic and it was just horrible looking. I’m never going there for a full set again.
