I have known Alexis for over 18 years. When she opened her new salon, I was hired to design her logo, work on her website and business cards. She was my stylist for the first 10 years. Alexis listens. Like all the stylists do. It is important to them. Due to scheduling Alexis wasn’t available and I was directed to Angela. GOD-SENT. I feel beautiful, successful and confident after every haircut. My hair is awesome. The color is outstanding. There has been only one occasion I didn’t love it and Angela moved her schedule around to accommodate me. She not only fixed it, but she made me proud. After every haircut, color and highlights I receive whistles, some woo woos and “great hair”. I’m always asked who does my hair and I proudly say, “Nevaeh Aveda Concept Salon”.

Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible professionalism. I will give Laura credit she is great with hair but her service is why I will never go back. There is always something broken like a hot water heater or I get sprayed in the face while my hair is being washed. Laura constantly rolls her eyes at me or just plain ignores me.
