We were a walk in and were told about a 30 minute wait. We walked around a bit and ended up waiting over an hour before we finally asked how much longer. They said 30 minutes. Again.

They do not respect appointment times, they’ll have you waiting half way done where you cant leave, and they be doing different people at the same time, you say something and they start speaking their language making clients feel bad. And very expensive for what they do. Bad experience twice.

I love that this place accepts walk in’s. Hanna tended to my gel mani and was very kind. They were also very accommodating in my last minute change of mind for a pedicure above all, I like that they allow kids here! I went to another place before coming here with a no kids sign in front and left. I am a single mother mother with a child and we tend to get our nails done together ❤️ I definitely plan on coming back here!
