The service is really deceptive when working with Tiffany so I would suggest being very clear about what you’re expected to pay in the end. She quoted me a price of $85 for short stiletto which we agreed upon $65. I asked for Matte instead of a gloss top coat that she claimed would be an extra $10. The nails were nice but once I got to checkout they were suddenly $75. I payed and was told if anything happened I could get them fixed free of charge. It’s been about 2 weeks and my nails aren’t due for a fill. When I called and asked her husband said if it was passed 2 weeks that I would have to buy a fill. Too much nickel and diming so just be clear what you are paying for. Try Crystal Nails too bc this place can’t retain loyalty for a reason

Place is O.K. I called ahead and still had to wait a while. Pedicure area has massage chairs. They seem to disinfect regularly. My acrylic nail artist did nothing to clean up my cuticles and my nails were shaped kinda funky.

The ladies are very nice but they are not good. My pedicure was fine but my fingernails we not filed underneath and the lady burned me 4 times with the drill. She is very rough. Had my lashes done and they had so much glue my eyes hurt. I have lashes done all the time and never seen so much glue. Had to take some off because my eyes are so sore.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had actually. Gave me a pedicure in cold water. Rushed job. Did wrong color and when I arrived I waited 10 min. 2 girls came in after me, no appt and also for pedicures and they were ushered to be seated first. I spoke up and they said I would be getting mine first well why did you just call them to sit down and ignore me. Ran water and walked off with it almost overflowing. Also never offered to turn massage chair on and I didn’t see a remote on how to do so but other people had the massage chair on. Horrible experience. Never be back. Was convenient due to it being open late but not worth the poor treatment.

amazing experience from start to finish, do yourself a favor and book tiffany for your nails, she makes sure you leave looking awesome, plus she’s really fun to talk to. i travel full time and this is one of the best salons in the country! fay also did an incredible job on my toes, im jealous of anyone local that can come here all the time! i’ll absolutely be back
