Ashley is the worst. I booked an appt with her for goddess locs crochets. She showed up 15 min late. 2 days after getting the crochets installed, they started falling out when I wore them down. My natural hair was sticking out in the middle and eventually all of the crochets came out leaving my natural hair exposed. I contacted Ashley to notify her of the issue. She stated she would redo only the ones that came out. I tried to explain to her the whole middle was never braided down securely. She got an attitude and stated I was being disrespectful coming at her. She failed to understand that I was a paying customer and I expected to receive the service I paid $85 for. A hair style should never fall out within 2 days of having them installed. She not one time apologized. Her attitude was so bad that I didn’t even trust her to get back in my hair. It is a big inconvenience for me. I wanted my hair done for my bday weekend and this turned into a nightmare. She’s very unprofessional.

Even though I am part owner of another Barbershop/Beauty Salon, I believe in loyalty and Vonetta has certainly earned mine! Come and see my friend, you’ll be glad you did!
