Omg never again he burned out my hair In the top got it half way straight the flat irons are dirty because my hair smelled gross like burnt hair. They do not know how to style or properly take care of black hair. The only good thing the girl can wash hair good. Do not recommend. Critical: Professionalism, ValueDiscriminating against different hair types is wrong. How do you charge $60 for virgin (natural hair) but charge $45 for relaxed? When majority of the hair types you get are natural. How do you know if my hair wasn’t relaxed? By the way the stylist/business owner never asked he only assumed. My hair smells over processed by heat (burnt hair) and I hope it doesn’t break off after extreme heat processing and my hair trim is uneven. I’m such an honest person I paid the $70 today for a wash, blow dry and cut. Then, I also told the establishment exactly how I felt. This is sad literally washing and round brushing both hair types, but ripping off customers because of texture. They might as well put a race on there books if they are going to over price based on different hair types. This is wrong and I will not support businesses that rip off African American women. It became clear to me why I haven’t come here in years because the last time I was there the lady (shampoo woman) cut a nice chunk of my hair while trying to take out some braids then only wanted to take off $5 dollars. Discriminating against different hair types is wrong. How do you charge $60 for virgin (natural hair) but charge $45 for relaxed? When majority of the hair types you get are natural. Well today I went and did the same thing but this time Neseem decided to use his own brush even tho I gave him mines to use. The brush was full of other people’s hair and I asked him why his using it in my hair, he protested that his was clean until I grabbed it and started pulling out other peoples hair which was several different colors. He started screaming that it was my hair but the hair was orange and some blonde, My hair is brown. The situation escalated to the point where he was pulling clips out of my hair and literally putting his hands on me pushing me out the door. I’ve been coming here for a few years and every time I come I bring my own combs and brushes because they don’t clean theirs. Well today I went and did the same thing but this time Neseem decided to use his own brush even tho I gave him mines to use. I haven’t been to naseem in YEARS. I decided to get my hair done today. The services was great no problem. I didn’t like the fact that they are charging us African American women more for our natural hair and depend on how thick your hair is it’s an extra charge.
