I had my first ever prenatal massage here and it was amazing! Corey made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She helped adjust cushions and linens to ensure I was able to fully enjoy the service – even with limited mobility due to the baby. I’m already excited for my next appointment with her! Definitely recommend, I wish I had started these even sooner in my pregnancy.

Went for a massage last night, requested deep pressure and ended up with a very expensive rub. Also requested more time on shoulder and back -felt like very little time was spent there and too much time spent on feet. My recommendations is go there for hair and waxing – skip the massage. There are better massage therapist out there who will listen to your needs and focus your experience accordingly.

When my stylist moved out of state, they set me up with a stylist who ended up changing her hours at the last minute, so they made me reschedule my appointment. This resulted in me waiting weeks to see someone. That person ended up leaving as well. At this point, I was long overdue for a hair appointment, and they made no efforts to get me in sooner. Customer service may be nice in person, but they lack the ability to think outside the box to retain long-term clients. UPDATE – In the owner’s response, they say they can’t fix what they don’t know. You don’t know that you canceled three of my appointments? That’s on you. Also, they have made ZERO attempts to contact me.

Stephanie knows curls! I used to go to a different salon for cuts, and it was totally FINE. After reading many positive reviews, I decided to book with Stephanie because she knows how to cut us curly girls. She listens, and suggests options, she has been supportive of me growing out my natural hair color, and suggests methods and products that are helpful for keeping my curls look fresh. I feel relaxed and trust that I will get a good cut each time. I also have felt really comfortable with their Covid mitigation strategies. Highly recommend Stephanie at Neroli on Silver Spring.
