I had one of the worst haircut experiences of my life trying this shop today! I had a picture and told her details of what to cut and how much to cut and she didn’t listen to a single word I said! Basically I just needed a trim as the style and shape had already been established and she completely destroyed my hair! Months of growing it out down the drain! I walked in with beautiful shoulder length hair with long bangs and walked out of there almost in tears looking like a bowl-headed freak with a mullet! I was so embarrassed for anyone to look at me! I walk straight from this shop to another one I’d never been to called Designers Touch and they got me right in and repaired all the damage that Hannah had done as best they could. I still lost a few inches of hair but Yana at Designers Touch did an amazing job! It’s worth paying more to go to someone who know what they are doing!

I went into this place expecting to be able to do more advance haircuts that most places cannot do. I was reassured that it was possible after showing a reference photo and describing the haircut. In fact, my hair was actually in the same hair cut, just overgrown, so it wasn’t like I was having a wild transformation, just have the length shorted to not be overgrown. The hairstyle I got was not like the picture at all. The bangs and lower part were done nicely even if not exact, hence not a complete 1 star review, but the sides and back were completely botched and extremely short. I actually ended up crying for 30min after I left. My appearance is very important to me so I’m resorting to wearing a wig until it grows back out. I can’t really look at myself in the mirror anymore. I’d only reccomend this place if you describe in detail your full haircut and to not take risks with just a reference photo and a short description, no matter how good of a photo it is. Even my boyfriend who generally thinks I always look good thinks it’s really bad. I’d show a picture but I don’t really want to out myself and also I cannot bear to take a photo of it.
