BEST facial EVER! Beautiful, inviting, relaxing location in San Rafael. Jeska gave me the works – quick facial peel, micro dermabrasion, wonderful products to put some moisture into my dry skin. She works wonders and really knows what she’s doing. I can’t say enough good about my experience and look forward to my next appointment. She also has a wonderful selection of products she sells. She is meticulous and thoughtful in countless ways — the products and treatments she recommends for my skin, how she designs her waiting area and treatment spaces and her communication with her clients. She is truly motivated by the safety, comfort and satisfaction of her clients. So, when Neptune reopened in November, I did not think twice about coming in for a much needed deep peel. As I expected, Neptune’s space, practices and COVID protocols were top notch. Jeska took my temperature. She wore a mask, face shield and gloves during treatment, and I communicated during treatment with hand signals and head nods. We physically distanced outside the treatment room. Neptune’s spaces were sparkling clean, as it always had been.
