Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityStaff is very rude. One was the owner I think. Their contract is hard to get out of and they are severely overpriced for the outdated beds that they have. Their floors in the tanning rooms are sticky. They got offensive and snippy when I asked about them continually trying to withdraw from my account and later when I came in and asked about terminating my contract. Staff is very rude. One was the owner I think. Their contract is hard to get out of and they are severely overpriced for the outdated beds that they have. Their floors in the tanning rooms are sticky. They got offensive and snippy when I asked about them continually trying to withdraw from my account and later when I came in and asked about terminating my contract. I was not rude when I asked both times, two different people. They were both really rude.

I love Neon Sun! I tan here every year. They put new bulbs in yearly, the rooms are clean & private, staff is great and it doesn’t cost a fortune. No tricks, gimmicks, or hard to get out of contracts like Palm Beach

I enjoy coming here but would enjoy it more if it opened at 8:00 a.m. when it is supposed to. Not a fan of driving all the way across town, wasting my gas, waiting for 30 minutes and still no one had shown up when I left by 8:25. This happened last week as well. Why is this happening?
