Very disappointed I’m 35yrs old and was refused service because I didn’t have an ID smfh since when have u ever needed an ID to tan the lady took my name and number to call me back after she got ahold of the owner but that never happened so I went to sunny dazes where u don’t need an ID to tan and can get there highest tanning package for 2times cheaper then neon sun EVERYTHING is more expensive at this place then sunny dazes I will never go back to neon very poor customer service and WAY OVERPRICED sunny dazes is where it’s at period. This places has poor customer service and WAY OVERPRICED if ur thinking about going here I’d def double think it and compare the prices first even on there lotions 200.00 a bottle for supernova here and 100.00 at sunny dazes definitely do prices checks

Spoke to three (3) separate people at the location over the course of two (2) weeks, who all assured me that I would receive the truck by the requested date. Called in twice just to verify the reservation (which I received via email) and not a single person could find it because they “didn’t know how.” They were incredible rude and unhelpful and told me that it wasn’t their fault and couldn’t help me. Told me to just call “corporate.” Not one person could pick up the phone and simply communicate that a truck wasn’t available. First time ever dealing with a tanning place and let me just say that was an exceptional experience! Staff was so friendly and helpful, their prices blew my mind and the overall vibe was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Even their machines were clean and up kept. Will definitely be back in the near future!
