Did a walk in on a Saturday an hour before close. They gave me a great looking cut that i love. I let them decide how to do it since i am not good at what looks good. The stylist was friendly and did an amazing job. I think i will br going back next time I need a cut. If your tired of getting the same cut everyone else has from a franchise then this place is for you.

Lauren is by far the best hairstylist I’ve had the pleasure of working with! Every time she’s done my hair I’ve been amazed the vibrancy of the color, the stylized techniques, and her kind demeanor. I’m always so much more confident after leaving Laurens chair! If you’re not going to Lauren for your hair needs then I don’t know what you’re doing!

Teresa did an absolutely amazing job, not only does her hair look fantastic, but she did a great job making her feel comfortable. The location and vibe of Neon Heart is perfect as well. Sometimes my ideas are not the best ideas for my type of hair and she softly guides me to how my idea may work better. She is probably the single most talented color artist I have seen or worked with. I have been an open palette for her before to let her artistry shine and she did not disappoint! I was referred here by an employee, and they’ve basically become the hairdressers for half of our team and family members now. My husband goes to Jake for barbering and his hair has never looked better. Seriously. He’s so happy with it and loves chatting with Jake. I see Erin for my hair and she’s so kind, thorough and has helped me actually style my bangs. She does the most incredible fashion colors and extensions for my employees, it is a joy to see them come to work after their appointments. Their office is downtown on 4th Street near Fong’s. It is a bit hidden, but worth it. I cannot say enough good things about Erin and Jake at Neon Heart. I was referred here by an employee, and they’ve basically become the hairdressers for half of our team and family members now.
