Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe girl working there today was so nice I absolutely adore her, Kaylee was her name I think. So professional and worked so hard to clean the beds and be as helpful as possible. Some lady was being a real piece of work and screaming (and was completely and utterly wrong in every aspect) and Kaylee handled it so well. I would’ve not been so nice had I been in her shoes. The girl working there today was so nice I absolutely adore her, Kaylee was her name I think. So professional and worked so hard to clean the beds and be as helpful as possible. Some lady was being a real piece of work and screaming (and was completely and utterly wrong in every aspect) and Kaylee handled it so well. I would’ve not been so nice had I been in her shoes. Critical: Punctuality, ValueI’ve came to this tanning place for years and lately it’s just ridiculous I pay almost $70 a month to never have a bed to constantly have to wait for a high level bed. It’s not worth.. You can go to planet fitness with the same beds for less. I waited over 10 minutes for a bed to be cleaned and it still wasn’t even cleaned yet I had to leave. I already drive 15 minutes just to tan here. I’ve came to this tanning place for years and lately it’s just ridiculous I pay almost $70 a month to never have a bed to constantly have to wait for a high level bed. It’s not worth.. You can go to planet fitness with the same beds for less. I waited over 10 minutes for a bed to be cleaned and it still wasn’t even cleaned yet I had to leave. I have been using another huge chain for the past few months. After trying this location, it is 100% better at every level. From better tanning beds, to the atmosphere, to the music played during your session, to having multiple high level beds available. Even at a cheaper price. After trying this location, it is 100% better at every level. From better tanning beds, to the atmosphere, to the music played during your session, to having multiple high level beds available.
