These employees need more experience/knowledge about there beds and lotions. April is the only girl there that I find helpful she has all the knowledge for this position. After my visit yesterday I feel completely different about this place not only was the employee rude but she put me in a bed that was broken saying errorthen told me to get out and wait for another after I had my expensive lotion applied. Employee sene I was ticked off and offered a higher level bed did not appologize or greet me leaving as all other employees do. Step up your game amherst neon beach!

The place is in a convenient location, they open up early, the staff is very friendly, the beds are sanitized after every use, and the place is clean right down to their bathroom.

Groupon let’s you buy 2 coupons to use here but the salon don’t tell you that you can only use 1 a year and the 2nd coupon expires this summer so doesn’t make sense

I went in yesterday for a one time visit (I’m from out of town). And the woman who was at the front desk was super helpful in assisting me in finding a good bed and time. I was planning on visiting only once but might actually come back when I’m in town again! Thanks for a great experience.
